Exploring Copenhagen with a film camera

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.” – Mark Twain

Denmark is a hidden mystery of Europe. I’ve wanted to visit one of the Nordic countries for a while, but it never managed to get on top of my list due to various reasons. My summer ended with a beautiful trip as I travelled to Copenhagen to see my friend who recently moved there (hello, Serhiy).

One of the highlights of the trip was a day we cycled all over the city. I love cycling-friendly cities! It’s just an entirely different atmosphere all around you. I still regret not renting a bike when I went to Amsterdam.
Copenhagen is great, but it is more expensive than the UK or most of other European countries. So be prepared if you ever decide to go there.

You can’t make an impression of a whole country by visiting its capital, but my time in Copenhagen was full of action that I didn’t have time for anything else. I will never forget it and would love to come back again.

P.S. Copenhagen looks superb on 35mm film.
